Theatre Oxford's 2014 Annual Ten Minute Play Festival will be presented at the Powerhouse Community Arts Center on October 16, 17, and 19. Produced by Theatre Oxford, the 2014 Festival will feature the Grand Prize Winner from Theatre Oxford's National 10 Minute Play Contest, the Audience Award Winner from the Contest, and two locally written plays!
